SERVSAFE - $200.00
ServeSafe is the industry leader in food safety eduction. The training provides participants with viable information on potentially hazardous foods and safe food handling practices, the HAACP system of food safety; establishing, purchasing, and receiving standards and procedures; designing facilities and selecting appropriate equipment and guidelines for working with regulatory agencies.
ServSafe training empowers you and your employees to protect against food-borne illness outbreaks, minimize insurance cost, reduce liability risks, and improve food quality.
Guideline:
- Pre-registration is required. Registration must be made 10 days prior to the beginning of the course.
- A final exam (handwritten or computerized) is administered on the last day. All exams are proctored and a passing score must be met.
- A re-test fee of $60.00 must be paid 10 days prior to exam date for anyone failing to meet the minimum passing score.
- There is a $60.00 fee for any one wanting to take the test only and not go though the class.
