Heart of Georgia Technical College's Office of Continuing Education, in association with Americas Best and CompuTaught Inc., offers real estate courses for those who are just starting out and need a pre-license class and those agents needing continuing education hours.  All courses are computer-based and are approved by the Georgia Real Estate

Commission.

• 75 hour course.
• You have 6 months from the day you sign up to complete the course.
• You will need to print out the results of each test you take and bring those in to Lisa Green once the course is completed. At this point, please call Lisa Green at 478-275-6592 to schedule your exam.
• You will be scheduled a time to come to HGTC to take a qualification exam on which you must make a grade of 75 or better.  You will have 2 1/2 hours to take this exam and you will not be allowed to leave the room during the test.  This exam will qualify you to take the Georgia Real Estate Exam.
• The Georgia Real Estate Exam is scheduled over the internet.
• After passing the Real Estate exam you will need to complete an additional 25 hours of continuing education to receive your permanent license.
