Students who enter the Business Office Specialist option prepare to work as secretaries, receptionists, office assistants, and information processing specialists in a variety of office settings. Students in the program develop competencies and skills in keyboarding that enhance speed and accuracy, office accounting, current computer software applications and programs, correspondence preparation, sorting/filing documents, and other important office skills.
Students gain interpersonal skills and techniques to interact successfully with the business public through personal and telephone communications.

Why Study Business Office Specialist:
