Heart of Georgia Technical College, Little Ocmulgee Instructional Center, is located in Helena, Georgia, on Hwy 280 east of downtown McRae, Georgia. The campus, which was acquired by Heart of Georgia Technical College in July 2001, is highly visible and conveniently located. The Little Ocmulgee Instructional Center (LOIC) is 31 miles south of the main campus in Dublin, Georgia.

The Little Ocmulgee Instructional Center offers a wide variety of programs and services. Non-credit, continuing education, economic development, and adult literacy classes are available in addition to credit programs at the technical certificate, diploma, and associate degree levels.

The HGTC Little Ocmulgee Instructional Center prides itself on going the extra mile, making sure that every student has an outstanding educational experience. The Dean, Dr. Howard Abney, and the Customer Service Specialist, Ann Morton, are available to assist with program of study information, enrollment, testing, and any need that a student may have.
