What is an education at Heart of Georgia Technical College all about? It’s about teaching students hands-on and theoretical skills that match the needs of the employers. It makes success happen every day for students.

The College relies on the Annual Fund for support. While state government does provide annual support, it amounts to only about 56% of the total need. The cost to operate most of the programs far exceeds the revenues generated. Given the recent cuts to the state budget, this shortfall is assuming greater importance.

The Foundation enables the college to provide specialized equipment for students to train on; increase scholarship support for students; and expands faculty professional development, just to name a few. With your help, we can continue to make a remarkable learning experience even better.
