The Human Resources Department is responsible for providing a centralized advisory and recruitment service to the college's employees.
The Department plays a major role in ensuring good practice is followed throughout the college with regard to recruitment and selection, equal opportunities, training and development, promotions, employee relations and disciplinary and grievance matter.
The Department is also responsible for maintaining staff files and workforce information.
It is the goal of the HR Department to provide service to administrators, staff and faculty by way of training, by acting as a resource for information and policy interpretation, and to guide administrators in the implementation of policies that impact upon the appointment and advancement of academic personnel.
