| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |
High School diploma or GED equivalent required. In lieu of educational requirements will consider significant work experience. |
| PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: |
Must have ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs. Must have customer service skills, the ability to provide information and materials to customers in a friendly and professional manner, and have the ability to follow instructions. Individual must be willing to learn the process of setup of audio-visual equipment and room diagrams. This position requires a person who works well in a team-oriented environment. |
| MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Under minimal supervision, duties will include the set-up and break-down of stage risers, tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment as requested through setup reports and room diagrams. Position may require custodial work involving cleaning of floors, trash, and other items prior to and after each setup. Securing, closing, and setting security alarms. |
| TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: |
Part-time position not to exceed 29 hours per week based on scheduled events. |
| SALARY: |
$8.00 per hour |
